SHIPPING POLICY – Pink Of Health Global Online E-Clinic & Products
1. Domestic Shipping – Pan India
We ship orders from Mumbai to all locations across India.
Shipping Charges
• ₹89 for orders up to 1 kg
• ₹149 for orders 1–2 kg
• ₹199 for orders 2–3 kg
• FREE Shipping on orders above ₹1,299 (non-remote areas only)
2. Remote Area Surcharge
Some pincodes (hill stations, North East, border regions, rural interiors) may attract extra courier charges.
• ₹50–₹80 remote-area fee may apply
• This is automatically detected during checkout based on pincode
3.Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities: 3-6 working days
• Other cities: 7-10 working days
• Remote areas: 10-15 working days
(Delays may occur during festivals, rains, or courier disruptions.)
4.Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS / Email / WhatsApp.
You can follow the live status until delivery.
5.Packaging & Product Safety
All orders are packed with double-layer protection, ensuring safety during transit for heavier items like:

6. International Shipping
We ship internationally from Mumbai to major countries including UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.
Shipping Charges
• ₹2,500 for the first 1 kg
• ₹1,000 per additional 500g
• ₹1,800 per additional 1 kg (alternative slab)
Country-Specific Charges (Important)
Shipping rates vary significantly based on destination.
• Middle East & Asia: Usually fall within the standard rates above
• USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: Shipping fees may be higher
If shipping to your country exceeds the standard rate, our team will contact you within 24 hours with the adjusted amount.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Any customs duty, VAT, import tax or inspection fee (if applicable) will be paid by the customer as per their country’s rules.
Delivery Timelines
• Middle East: 10-15 business days
• Europe & UK: 12 - 18 business days
• USA & Canada: 14-20 business days
• Australia: 14-21 business days
Tracking
All international shipments include a tracking number, shared upon dispatch.
7.Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days)
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
8.Incorrect Address / Non-Serviceable Locations
If a courier is unable to deliver due to:
• Wrong address
• Incomplete address
• Non-serviceable pincode
• Customer not available for multiple attempts
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and reshipping charges will apply.
9.Packaging & Handling
All products, especially bars and snacks, are packed safely with:
• Moisture-resistant wrappers
• Bubble-wrap / shock-proof layer
• Sealed cartons
This ensures the parcel remains intact during long-distance travel.
